Customer Service and Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in-person to provide outstanding service and address inquiries
- Utilize etiquette and communication skills to assist customers effectively.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain customer records.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to recommend products or services that best suit them.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate product information clearly and persuasively to drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Entry Level Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Assist with employer branding efforts and job postings
- Support new hire onboarding and paperwork processing
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for talent acquisition and building relationships
- Previous experience in customer service, or sales is a plus but not required
