The First 6 Months

You’ll begin with hands-on training that immerses you in our sales strategies, customer acquisition methods, and company values. During this time, you’ll sharpen your communication skills, master our processes, and build the foundation for a successful career.

6-12 Months

As you gain confidence and experience, you’ll take on more responsibilities, including managing client accounts and mentoring new team members. This stage is where you’ll showcase your ability to lead and meet key performance goals, paving the way for promotions.

12-18 Months

By this point, your hard work has positioned you for a leadership role. You’ll start overseeing campaigns, managing a team, and contributing to big-picture strategies that drive company growth.

Beyond 18 Months

With proven results and leadership development under your belt, you’ll be ready to step into senior management roles. From here, the sky’s the limit as you take on new challenges, help expand the company into new markets, and make an impact on a larger scale.

Customer Service and Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in-person to provide outstanding service and address inquiries
  • Utilize etiquette and communication skills to assist customers effectively.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain customer records.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to recommend products or services that best suit them.
  • Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate product information clearly and persuasively to drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Entry Level Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
  • Assist with employer branding efforts and job postings
  • Support new hire onboarding and paperwork processing
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Passion for talent acquisition and building relationships
  • Previous experience in customer service, or sales is a plus but not required
